Tracking Your Order:
Every order that is placed will receive a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items within your order, you will be issued one tracking number per item within that order.
To track your order, please enter your tracking number after clicking the following link -> Track My Order (please allow 1-2 days after your order has been marked fulfilled to begin tracking it).
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–45 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 14 and 30 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.
Also note, we may ship orders with multiple items separately to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. We do this as we often ship from various suppliers and warehouses.
- Due to VERY high demand shipping takes 10-60 working days, most orders arrive in 2 weeks, however;
- Sometimes your items can get lost/damaged on their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support.
Refunds are not given for free items. However, replacements or credit can be given for items lost while shipping.
Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when your order has shipped. Your tracking number is usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with one or two letters. If you enter your order number it will appear as an error automatically.
